Co-founded by Rainer Becker and Arjun Waney in 2002, London’s Zuma restaurant, located in Knightsbridge, offers a sophisticated twist on the traditional Japanese izakaya style of informal dining, delivering an authentic flavour of the East while respecting the traditions of the past.

You and your guests will be treated to a unique menu designed by the Head Chef and Head Sushi Chef, featuring modern Japanese cuisine that is authentic but not traditional. The restaurant showcases a variety of dishes from its three kitchens: the main kitchen, the sushi counter, and the robata grill.
